The Rand McNally Vest Pocket Map of San Francisco was published in 1906 and as such is one of the more “recent” San Franciscan maps. This map, originally intended for tourists and locals to navigate the city, shows one of the few features that were largely unchanged by the disaster. The streets themselves were not affected by the earthquake and fire however many of the structures along them have disappeared.
